Relax & Heal Massage Policies
MASSAGE RESERVATIONS – Massage Services are reserved just for you, so please be kind and notify us 24hrs in advance of any cancellations. If less than a 24 hour notice, the amount of the massage will be charged. “No Show” appointments will be charged in full.
PAYMENTS – A major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) is required to reserve massage sessions.
GIFT CERTIFICATES – Gift cards/certificates must be presented upon arrival or before your massage session begins. Gift Certificate sales are final, no refunds, only store credits will be given. As a gift, Gift Certificates can be given to another person for their use and redeemed for services at Relax and Heal Massage. Please note: Expired Gift Certificates are not redeemable.
ARRIVAL – Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. A required consultation form must be completed before your service. Late arrivals will not receive all of their scheduled time and will still be expected to pay the full amount of service.
APPOINTMENT ONLY – Relax & Heal Massage services are by appointment only, so please call us to reserve your desired day and time appointment.
PRICES – Prices on our website are subject to change without notice.
WELCOME – A complementary beverage will be offered after every service. Upon request, aromatherapy can be added to any service at no extra charge. All massage sessions can be customized to fit your particular needs, so let us know how we can make it perfect for you.
